A Schenectady resident has been indicted for allegedly shooting a man to death in October. Terell Bethea, 28, was arraigned before Schenectady County Court Judge Richard Giardino on Friday morning on charges including second-degree murder, two counts of criminal possession of stolen property and reckless endangerment, all felonies. He is accused of shooting 43-year-old Charles Bowman, also of Schenectady, multiple times Oct. 5 in the area of 425 Schenectady St. The incident happened around 2:30 ...
