— Albany police arrested a 45-year-old Ravena man Sunday morning for allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at another man on North Pearl Street.

When police arrived at about 3:45 a.m., they found Kenneth Rosimini, 45, with a loaded .380 handgun in his back pocket. They say Rosimini menaced an acquaintance with the gun.

He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, third degree, and menacing, second degree. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and bail was set at $5,000.

During the course of the investigation, officers learned that Rosimini is a Coxsackie police officer who was off duty at the time of the incident.
