Maybe it is the high administration budget...were a small group of people with high salaries are not accountable with their budget of public funding....a la Metroplex. Thank God someone is speaking up for the people and their money being spent without accountability...It is a free for all over there at this cronies is just one part of the big problem with public funded organization in the city.
