Second rail track could be spur for Schenectady

It wasn’t just a lack of funding that held up the planned, and much-needed, second train track between Albany and Schenectady for almost 20 years. Any attention to our infrastructure is a step in the right direction. We would all benefit with this second rail. I would rather ride the rail than fly any day.
