If Kate Starczewski never steps on stage again — and let’s hope that doesn’t happen — at least she’ll have performed the role that she was born to play. “When I was younger, I went through my Dorothy phase, and there were days when I didn’t even respond to being called Kate,” said Starczewski, who plays Dorothy in the nonmusical version of “The Wizard of Oz,” opening Friday at the Spa Little Theater in Saratoga ...
