Latham fish market owners facing charges

Pair allegedly used bad checks

The husband-and-wife proprietors of a Latham fish market and restaurant face a grand larceny charge for allegedly passing four bad checks to a Gloversville produce supplier, police said. Lee Yattaw, 45, and Florence Yattaw, 31, of Cohoes, owners of The Original Two Cousins, turned themselves in to Gloversville police Tuesday. They also were charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor. Both were arraigned in Gloversville City Court and released after posting a $2,500 bond. ...

So, which is it - grand larceny or a misdemeanor? Should have named the company and published the amount of the bad check(s).
