Getting more kids to attend college is misplaced agenda

For many years the conventional wisdom in the United States has been that the more people who graduate from college, the better off we’ll be. There are many benefits to higher education that the author -who is funded by a right wing 1%er with a strong political agenda- has neglected, and his attack on education is faulty in many respects and contains some factually incorrect statements, but this is to be expected in an anti-intellectual propagandistic article distributed to needy local newspapers for a song.
