One of the smoothest jockeys on the planet had a heart-wrenching stop-and-start ride on Friday. Halting repeatedly to compose himself, John Velazquez delivered his acceptance speech with emotion and pride at the Fasig-Tipton Pavilion as he was inducted into the National Racing Museum Hall of Fame.
