Last Friday at 10 a.m., the Sar­atoga Lake boat launch was so filled with vehicles and boat trailers, you would have thought it was a holiday. Anglers could be seen fishing all over the lake and into Fish Creek. More than half of those on the water were bass anglers, which is usually a good indication this time of year that the big bass are biting.
