Schenectady woman charged after fight erupts at intersection

Police said they arrested a woman Wednesday evening for her role in a fight that involved about 15 people. Fighting broke out just after 7 p.m. at the intersection of Odell Street and Kelton Avenue, according to police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Dearing. Dearing said the incident stemmed from some type of neighbor issue. He did not know the specifics. Arrested was 42-year-old Chantel T. Pete of Kelton Avenue.
