You can not fix quality of life issues like Drugs, Gangs,Prostitution, loud music, jaywalking, and littering unless you have the Police to do the job. We need to either force the six Assistant Chiefs in the SPD to either retire or get out on the streets and deal with those quality of life issues I outlined above, actually that would be a good job for them.
