Raucci emailed back minutes later, saying he had no idea what she was talking about. The secretary responded and explained. “It’s not necessary to give me any more information,” Raucci wrote back that afternoon. “I’m not having a good day and opened and viewed ...

I find these e-mails comical. Why would these employees allow him to speak to them in this manner? I can't imagine what I would do If I got e-mails like this. This guys is loony tunes!

wmarincic and I agree on something! The school district administration had to have known, and probably condoned it because he kept their problem people in order as well as his own enemies.

I'd like to know why the emails were not furnished to the newspapers in ELECTRONIC format, rather than stacks of paper to be scanned.

Parents of kids whose teacher next demands a project be submitted electronically should use the districts' use of "paper only" as reason to not comply.

These should have submitted to the newspapers electronically.

For those that don't know the full story, I highly recommend listening to the podcast that This American Life put together about Raucci - http://www.thisamericanlife.org/radio-ar...

I see in another article in today's Gazette (p B4) that the school district has settled a lawsuit about Raucci's actions and that it cost the district nothing. I highly doubt that. How many lawsuits have cost the district $$? How much has Raucci cost the district - and the city? I doubt the amount of $$ paid by the insurance hasn't resulted in a rate increase for the city. And I hope as a homeowner that someone proves me wrong about the cost of Raucci's actions and his supervisors INactions.
