Cocaine dealer faces 5 years in prison

A 23-year-old Amsterdam man indicted in April for selling cocaine on two occasions in October in the city was sentenced Wednesday in Montgomery County Court to five years in prison with three years of post-release supervision. Joshua J. Faboskay of Clayton Street was sentenced by Judge Felix J. Catena on the basis of his June 1 guilty plea to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
