Nina Beauchaine has worn yellow, blue, green and red during her workouts. Not any more. When the 53-year-old Glenmont resident begins an exercise session at the YMCA in Guilderland, she always wears black — a black belt. Beauchaine has earned the highest color level in the Korean martial art of tae kwon do....
