About 400 elementary- and middle-school students taking part in the Shenendehowa Inventors program will display their inventions at the former Cotton Market store at Clifton Park Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Steven Raucci told his assistant, Pat Paratore, to drive past the Home Depot parking lot on July 28, 2005, while on his way home for lunch, Paratore testified. Before leaving, Paratore said, Raucci told him to “take note” of the lot.
The comment came around 12:30 p.m. that day, Paratore said. He did as instructed, seeing the vandalized truck of former custodial supervisor Ron Kriss and Kriss there on the phone.
