About 400 elementary- and middle-school students taking part in the Shenendehowa Inventors program will display their inventions at the former Cotton Market store at Clifton Park Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
Kyle Pemrick knows daylight saving means an evening dividend. Pemrick, who lives in Niskayuna and is vice president of the Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club, welcomes the seasonal switch in time. Bicycle riders, gardeners, high school baseball and softball players — and others who appreciate an extra hour of sunlight in early evening — will turn their clocks ahead one hour at bedtime tonight or early Sunday morning....
