Now all the Crack Dealers will have a safe place to sell there crack. All the Graffiti Artists will have a place to show all there Gang colors. Once this thing gets built, your average Citizen wont be able to use it in fear of being mugged or raped.

"Bridge to Nowhere" is a perfect description for this white elephant. I've voted for Tonko each time he has run, but his lunacy in supporting this means no more votes from this reader. Yes, the funds have been budgeted, but if they cannot be diverted to more practical projects, then then should just be declined.
