Schenectady water main break irritates residents

A water main break on Clement Avenue Tuesday afternoon flooded yards and irritated homeowners. The 6-inch water main ruptured at around 4:30 p.m. Water Superintendent Dave Jegabbi said crews planned to dig up and replace the broken section.
