the girl who he took the test for should get equal punishment.

He should have said "I am transgender" in an angry and deeply offended tone of voice when the monitor suspected he was a boy masqurading as a girl.

Well this is an un-ethical thing to do. Felony burglary? Not sure if that is warranted in this case. Meanwhile Bernard Madoff, who stole +/- $50B is sitting cozy in his $7M apartment....

See people. That's the difference between classes in this country.

I hope this young man learned his lesson, I also hope the court shows a little leniency.

Its really sad to me that this is the big picture on the front page of this website. Is this like a Star newspaper.
BFD!!! He is a kid for crying out loud. We all make mistakes and some of us get away with it and some of us don't.
I really just can't believe there is nothing important going on in your community that u have to have this on the front page.

All of you people make me laugh, this guy was caught in the act and you want to villify everyone that was involved in his arrest yet if a Schenectady cop is even hinted at doing something wrong with absolutely no proof you same people want to hang them. Double standards, I think yes.
