Albany man wins big with lottery scratch-off ticket

Vincent Suto is a lucky guy. The 67-year-old semiretired drug store manager gave money to his daughter to purchase scratch-off tickets for him when she was headed for a shopping trip with his wife at the Hannaford supermarket on Wolf Road in Colonie.
