Police seeking trio of bike-riding Schenectady home invaders

SCHENECTADY — Police are looking for three men who robbed two residences in the span of an hour on Sunday.

City police said three men entered a second-floor apartment at 1004 Ostrander Place at about 9:20 p.m. One pointed a gun at a woman’s chest and took her bicycle, according to police. All three fled on bicycles.

Police received a report of another robbery at 9:25 p.m. by three men at 852 Holland Road. They took money and an iPod.

All three were black males wearing dark hooded sweatshirts. Police did not have any further description.
