— At least five fire departments responded to a house fire on Ralmar Drive late Monday night.

The residence at 25 Ralmar Drive caught fire around 11 p.m., and all residents got out safely, according to police scanner traffic. Later traffic indicated two injuries, however, and Mohawk Ambulance was responding.

The blaze drew an aggressive response — Glenville dispatchers sent East Glenville Fire to the scene and then called in four others on mutual aid. Within four minutes, firefighters from Scotia, Thomas Corners, Alplaus and Stratton Air National Guard Base were called.

Later calls brought Mohawk Ambulance and the county fire coordinator. By 11:45 the blaze was well under control and units were beginning their wrap-up.

Information on the residents and ownership of the house was not available late Monday.
