— An elderly Washington County man was accused Wednesday of taking pictures under the skirt of a shopper at Aviation Mall.

Warren County sheriff's deputies said Arman Harrington, 72, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance after the incident at the TJ Maxx store.

They said Harrington was found hiding in a rack of clothing and reaching out with a digital camera to photograph under the skirt of a woman as she bent over to try on a pair of shoes.

Harrington will answer the charge in Town Court.
