Misty Gallo calls Kerry Kirkem for a second time, again hysterical, allegedly to tell him the drugs are gone from the trunk of her car. The call takes place at 5:57 p.m. Feb. 20.

Kerry Kirkem: Hello.
Misty Gallo: Hello (crying).
Kirkem: What happened?
Gallo: The stuff isn’t in my trunk no more.
Kirkem: Huh?
Gallo: The stuff isn’t in my trunk no more (crying).
Kirkem: I can’t hear you (screaming)! I can’t hear you!
Gallo: The stuff is (crying).
Kirkem: What happened, Misty?
Gallo: The stuff isn’t in my trunk no more (crying).
Kirkem: Somebody hit your car?
Gallo: No. No. The stuff isn’t in my trunk no more.
Kirkem: What do you mean? What happened?
Gallo: I don’t know. The only time I got outta the car is when the cop pulled me over.
Kirkem: Ain’t nothin in your trunk no more?
Gallo: No! (crying)
Kirkem: Are you serious? Oh my God!
Gallo: (Crying) I haven’t got outta the car since they pulled me over.
Kirkem: Just go to your house, go to your house, go to your house!
Gallo: OK (crying).
Kirkem: Alright.
Gallo: Bye.
