Transcript of recorded call between Lisa Kaczmarek and Kerry Kirkem

This is the transcript of a recorded call between Lisa Kaczmarek and Kerry Kirkem, one of the alleged leaders of the drug ring, at 12:49 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2008, in which, according to the transcript, Lisa Kaczmarek expresses anger that she can’t get product soon enough from Kirkem, saying her business was ruined. Meanwhile, Lisa and Greg Kaczmarek carry on a conversation in the background.

Kirkem: Hello

Lisa Kaczmarek: Okay, now I can hear you, I am so f----- mad you have no idea, so mad

Kirkem: I was trying to tell you, unitel I told you everybody ravin

Lisa Kaczmarek: I know yo were gonna, after I got the boot, why you ruin my business and then you don’t call me

Kirkem: How’d I ruin it? (laughs)

Lisa Kaczmarek: I’m so f----- mad you don’t know, I almost died, I couldn’t believe it (Greg in background) so now how do I get, how do I get hooked up here, or do you not even, the money’s in the thing

Lisa Kaczmarek: Why we got to wait so long?

Kirkem: Cause that’s when I gotta take that trip

Lisa Kaczmarek: Greg’s got a birthday Wednesday (Greg in background “That’s my birthday present”

Kirkem: Ask him if he, he want to take that trip for me (laughs)

Lisa Kaczmarek: Yeah, where am I goin?

Kirkem: Unitel (laughs)

Lisa Kaczmarek: I’m dead ass serious (laughs)

Lisa Kaczmarek: New York, Long Island?

Kirkem: Umm huh

Lisa Kaczmarek: How longs that gonna take round trip?

Kirkem: Seven hours

Kirkem: No, I couldn’t have, because I couldn’t, that’s what happened, you just unintel without
