Shen students’ inventions to be part of annual Winterfest

About 400 elementary- and middle-school students taking part in the Shenendehowa Inventors program will display their inventions at the former Cotton Market store at Clifton Park Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

County Sheriff Thomas J. Lorey said Thursday that no charges will be filed against a Bleecker woman who surrendered 31 dogs to authorities recently. Another dog was found dead in the woman’s Barlow Road home.
