— A Schenectady woman is accused of smashing a man's car windows with a tire iron after he threw her out of his Pulaski Street residence early Saturday.

Kelly E. Moniz, 23, of 131 Front St., Apt. 4, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, according to city police.

The unidentified victim told police Moniz entered his residence about 2:37 a.m. and refused to leave. Police said the man "removed" Moniz from his residence, but Moniz then broke three of his car windows.

Police said Moniz was being held pending arraignment.
