For three weeks, the body of Irene Belanger has been awaiting burial at Marra Funeral Home. After Belanger died, her daughter, Lucille Machia of Schenectady, tried to bury her mother in the plot she purchased in 1985 in St. Agnes Cemetery in Cohoes, only to learn the plot had been sold to someone else....
