Cornell jumps on Union penalties

All season long, the Union College men’s hockey team has been disciplined. But against Cornell in the ECAC Hockey tournament championship game on Saturday night, the Dutchmen found themselves in the penalty box too many times, and it cost them a chance at winning a championship.

A proposed $370,000 fitness center in Schoharie High School is expected to be among the elements eliminated from a planned $2.1 million school improvement project after construction bids recently came in about $700,000 higher than projected a year ago....
