Edward Borges, director of communications for the state Office of Children and Family Services. This guy dosn't have a clue, he is another one who needs to come and put on a uniform and actualy work on the floor. Where does he get off making the comments he makes, everytime he opens his mouth he is blaming the staff and putting the staff down. The exact same attitude the higher administrators have of their staff. This agency's problems in it's facilities is not the staff fault but we will take the blame.

Not one decision, policy or procedure change made for Tryon Limited Secure by agency or facility administrators in the last 3 years which the staff have to follow has been positive. They always make things more out of control and make the facility look worse. Just my opinion but I think it is being done on purpose so they have documented proof of failed attempts giving them a reason to close the facility.
