Carrie Woerner

Ballot lines: Democrat, Working Families

Age: 50

Education/Experience: Businesswoman with almost 30 years of experience in high-tech industry, which includes stints at IBM and Perot Systems Corp. She is currently the vice president of MeetMax Conference Software for The Wall Street Transcript. Served five years as executive director of the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation. She is also on the Board of Truestees for the Village of Round Lake, where she is running unnopposed this year. Woerner has a bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Tony Jordan

Ballot lines: Republican, Conservative, Independence

Age: 48

Education/Experience: He has served in the Assembly since 2009 and is an active volunteer in his community, including the Greenwich Lions Club, Cornell University FarmNet Program, the boy Scouts, youth soccer and basketball and the Knights of Columbus. Jordan lives in the town of Jackson in Washington County and practices law at his own firm. Jordan has a bachelor's degree in business and finance from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
