Experience - Assessor (Chairman) for Town of Minden - 1995–1997; Mayor – Village of Fort Plain 1997–2001, Supervisor – Town of Minden 2002–Present, Chairman of the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors – 2006 & 2011; Past Chairman – Personnel/Finance/Economic Development/Education & Government/& Public Safety Committees; Leader and long-time advocate for mandate relief - selected by Governor Andrew Cuomo and his Mandate Relief Council to give proposals on how to reduce the state mandate burden on localities, school districts, businesses and taxpayers; Selected by Governor Andrew Cuomo and served on his Regional Economic Developement Council for the Mohawk Valley.
