More than 150 girls in grades six through eight attended the 13th annual Sister to Sister Summit at Fulton-Montgomery Community College, sponsored by the Amsterdam-Gloversville-Johnstown branch of the American Association of University Women.
Joe and Betty Belli of Schenectady announce the engagement of their son, Frank Belli to Kristen Musella, daughter of Dan and Cathy Musella of Voorheesville. The future bride is a graduate of Sage College of Albany, where she earned her bachelor’s degree. She is employed by the Department of Labor. Her fi ance attended Hudson Valley Community College. He is employed by Albany Medical Center. A June 2012 wedding is planned.

Her fiance is a graduate of Notre Dame- Bishop Gibbons High School and Schenectady County Community College. He also received an honorable discharge from the Air National Guard. Barbara Hanley, of Oswego, announces the engagement of her daughter, Victoria Anne Hanley, to Kevin David Manieri, son of David and Jill Manieri, of Glenville. Miss Hanley is also the daughter of the late Daniel Hanley. Miss Hanley is a 2004 graduate of Oswego High School. Mr. Manieri graduated from Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, also in 2004. Both are graduates of SUNY Oneonta, class of 2008. Both reside in Blue Bell, PA. Miss Hanley is employed by the Village Workroom of Doylestown and completed her certificate in fashion technology at Moore Art College of Philadelphia. Mr. Manieri received his Masters of Business Administration in 2011 from LaSalle University and is employed by George’s Music of Philadelphia. A wedding is planned for June 2012 at the Highlands, Fort Washington, PA.

Paul and Arlene (Jurosko) Donnelly of Scotia recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, with their immediate family at a small gathering, catered by the Turf Tavern of Scotia. The party was given by their children.The celebration was held at Baptist Health and Rehabilitation Center in Scotia, where Arlene has been a resident since April, 2011. Arlene graduated from Mont Pleasant High School and worked as a secretary/clerk for G.E. and Mayor Karen Johnson. She enjoys being a wife, mother and grandmother and enjoys cheering for the Mets. Her husband is a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and Union College. He also holds a MSW from Rockefeller School of Public Policy and Administration. He is retired from Verizon with 31 years of service. He was a past executive vice-president of The Communication Workers of America, Local 1118. He enjoys being active in politics and is a strong union advocate. Their children are the late Daniel Donnelly, John Donnelly of Rotterdam, Colleen Shepardson of Delmar and Christine McGovern of Rotterdam. Their grandchildren are Delaney and Cameron Shepardson of Delmar, Brennan and Liam Donnelly of Rotterdam and Aiden and Keegan McGovern of Rotterdam.
