Engagement: Jordan and Kemble

Edward and Linda Jordan of Clifton Park,
announce the engagement of their daughter,
Sheila Jordan to Patrick Kemble Jr., son of Pat
and Sally Kemble of Saratoga Springs. Sheila is
the granddaughter of Mary Gainski Tarsa.
The future bride is a graduate of Shenendehowa
High School and SUNY Potsdam, where
she received her degrees in psychology and elementary
education. She is employed by Colonie
Youth Ctr.
Her fi ance is a graduate of Saratoga High
School and SUNY Utica, where he received his
degree in civil engineering. He is employed by
the NYS Dept. of Transportation.
An October 2011 wedding is planned.

Engagement: West and Patneaude

Melissa West and Brian Patneaude have
announced their engagement. Melissa is the
daughter of Mary Ann West and Michael West,
both of Rotterdam. Brian is the son of Audrey
and Camille Patneaude of Rotterdam.
The future bride is a graduate of Schalmont
High School, The College of Saint Rose and
the University at Albany. She is an elementary
teacher in the Schalmont School District.
Her fi ance is a graduate of Schalmont High
School, The College of Saint Rose and attended
the University of Cincinnati. He is a freelance
musician and music educator at Blue Sky Music
Studios and Schenectady County Community
A July 2012 wedding is planned.

Engagement: Townsend and Barcomb

Robert and Deborah Murphy of Scotia, NY and
Bryce Barcomb of Harrisonburg, VA., announce
the engagement of their son, Kyle Barcomb to
Emily Townsend, daughter of Kevin and Pam
Rector of Mooresville, IN and Roger and Tonya
Townsend of Linton, IN.
The future bride is a 2005 graduate of Hamilton
Southeastern High School and a 2009 Ball
State University graduate, with a bachelor’s degree
in interior design. Emily is currently on contract
with Sears Holding Corp., as a store planner
in Hoffman Estates, IL.
Kyle is a 2003 graduate of Scotia-Glenville
High School. He is a 2nd Class Petty Offi cer in
the United States Navy. Kyle has served in Iraq,
aboard the USS Enterprise (CVN-65) in Norfolk,
VA; Mals-24 in Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay,
Hawaii; and is currently stationed at the Recruit
Training Command, Great Lakes, IL.
A March 2012 wedding is planned in
Mooresville, IN.

Engagement: Nicholls and Cejka

Debbie Nicholls of Scotia and Jeff Nicholls
of Galway announce the engagement of their
daughter, Michelle Nicholls to Kyle Cejka, son
of Robin Daly of Scotia, NY.
The couple are both 2003 graduates of
Scotia–Glenville High School.
A May 2012 wedding is planned at First
Reformed Church of Scotia.

Anniversary: Dorazio

Thomas and Rosemary Dorazio recently celebrated
their 60th wedding anniversary with a
family dinner at the Lighthouse Restaurant.
The party was given by their daughters. The
couple were married on August 5, 1951 at Mt.
Carmel Church, Schenectady, NY. Rosemary
graduated from Nott Terrace High School. She
retired from Juraka Law Firm as a legal secretary.
Thomas graduated from Draper High School
and Siena College. He served Stateside during
the Korean War. He then went to work at G.E.,
where he retired after 38 years, as a corporate
tax accountant.
Their children are Lisa Dorazio Mell, Donna
Dorazio Neal and husband Bruce Neal, all of
