Dan and Robin Sobieski of Vail, CO., formerly
of Rotterdam Junction, NY, announce the engagement
of their son Colton Sobieski to Corrine
Martin, daughter of Thomas and Penny Martin of
Cheyenne, Wyoming. Colton is the grandson of
Casmir Sobieski and Susan Tagliaferro, both of
Colton is a graduate of Schalmont High
School. The future bride and groom are both attending
Colorado Mountain College. Corrine is
a valet cashier at Vail Marriott Mountain Resort
and Spa. Colton is a ski lift operator at Beaver
Creek Ski Resort.
A July 2012 wedding is planned at Cheyenne
Botanic Gardens in Wyoming.
Ashley Wilson and Craig Letourneau were
married August 27, 2011 at Immaculate Conception
Church, Glenville, NY. Father Jerome R.
Gingras offi ciated. A reception followed at Saratoga
National Golf Club, Saratoga Springs, NY.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Jeffrey and
Janice Wilson of Glenville. The groom is the
son of Conrad and Paula Letourneau of Southbridge,
Maid of honor was Lyndsay Wilson. Bridesmaids
were Kim Wilson, Kristin Letourneau,
Mary Korba and Nikki Gagnon.
Best man was Nate Waterhouse. Ushers
were Brendan Wilson, Nic Korba, Chris Bates,
and Jon Bloom. Ringbearer was Sawyer Wilson.
Ashley is a graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston
Lake High School, Springfi eld College and Sage
Graduate School. She is a physical education
teacher in Dedham Public Schools, MA.
Her husband is a graduate of Holy Name
High School, Bentley University and is currently
pursuing his MBA at Boston College. He is manager
of accounting at Astra Tech, Inc., Waltham,
The couple will take a February wedding trip
to Antigua. They reside in Framingham, MA.
Catherine and John Myzejewski recently celebrated
their 70th wedding anniversary. They
were feted with a reception at The Avenue Nursing
and Rehabilitation Center given by their
niece Carol Olszewski and grand niece Regina
Schwartz from Schenectady, as well as the staff
of the nursing home.
The couple were married in Amsterdam, NY
on Oct 19, 1941 in St. Stanislaus Church.
Mr. Myzejewski graduated from Nott Terrace
High School and was employed for 42 years at
General Electric as a tool room operator.
Mrs. Myzejewski attended Wilbur Lynch High
School and is a homemaker. They are sports
fans, devoted to the Yankees. John at present is
a resident of The Avenue Nursing and Rehabilitation
