Engagement: Paupst and Seamon

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Paupst
of Glenville, NY are pleased to
announce the engagement of
their daughter Kendra, to Joshua
Seamon, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Nicholas Seamon of Leverett,
The future bride is a graduate
of Scotia-Glenville High
School and received her bachelor’s
degree from Hartwick
College, Oneonta. She received
her master’s degree from Middlebury
College. After two
years teaching at the University
of Nice in France, she began
teaching French at St. Johnsbury
Academy, VT.
The groom graduated from
Amherst High School, attended
Pomona College, Claremont,
CA, earning his bachelor’s degree
in mathematics. Josh received
his master’s degree from
the University of New Hampshire.
He teaches math and
serves as director of academic
technology integration at St.
Johnsbury Academy. They met
while working together at the
The wedding will be held at
East Burke Mt. Lodge in Vermont
on Saturday, June 25.

Engagement: Guttridge and Reilly

Linda Guttridge and Sandy
and John Reilly, Sr. are happy
to announce the engagement of
their children, Tara Guttridge
and John Reilly Jr. Tara is also
the daughter of the late Jeffrey
D. Guttridge.
Tara graduated from SUNY
Plattsburgh and is now employed
as a senior HR Generalist
for Time Warner Cable’s
Local News Division.
John graduated from St.
John’s University and The
College of Saint Rose and is
employed as a high school history
teacher and JV basketball
coach at Schuylerville Central
John proposed to Tara in
Central Park in New York
City on December 12th. They
are planning a Fall 2011 wedding.

Wedding: Clark and Troiano

Lynn Clark and Edward
Troiano were married on January
21, 2011. A private ceremony
was held at the Parish of St.
Isaac Jogues in Chestertown,
NY. Witnesses were Nancy and
Raul Gonzalez.
The bride is the daughter of
Rita and Kenneth Clark of Waterford,
NY and the late Rosemarie
Clark. The groom is the
son of Louise and Anthony
Troiano of Rotterdam, NY.
Lynn is an IT specialist and
Ed is a mechanical engineer,
both employed by the U.S.
Army. The couple resides in

Anniversary: Cerniglia

Vincent and June Cerniglia
of Glenville recently celebrated
their 70th wedding anniversary
with a family brunch given by
their family. The couple were
married January 26, 1941 in
Vincent served in the U.S.
Army and retired from G.E.
June retired as an RN from
Glendale Home.
Their children are Janet
(Andy) Shave of Niskayuna and
Marilyn (Kristopher) Chew of
Charlton, NY. They have seven
grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
