Engagement: O’Connell and Dearing

Paul Dearing of Schenectady and Anne Dearing of Glenville announce the engagement of their son, Matthew Dearing to Lydia O’Connell, daughter of Tom and Debbie O’Connell of Rochester, NY. Lydia is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul O’Connell of Tallahassee, FL. Matthew is the grandson of Mrs. Mary Dearing and Mrs. Stella Chotkowski, both of Schenectady.
The future bride is a graduate of Webster High School, SUNY Oneonta, where she received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and Ellis Hospital School of Nursing. She is a registered nurse at Saint Mary’s Hospital, Troy.
Her fiance is a graduate of Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School and SUNY Oneonta, where he received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is employed by the Schenectady Police Department.
An October 2010 wedding is planned.


Callis-Amorosi
Engagement: Callis and Amorosi

Joseph R. & Leamarie H. Amorosi, of Clifton Park, NY and Peter L. & Beth L. Micieli, of Schenectady, NY are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Joseph M. Amorosi to Krislyn L. Callis, daughter of Mark L. & Pamela Callis, of Naples, FL.
The future bride is a Registered Nurse at Naples Community Hospital, in Naples, FL. Her fiance is a Deputy Sheriff for Collier County, Naples.
Santa helped deliver Joe’s request for Krislyn’s hand in marriage, on Christmas Eve.
A May 2011 wedding is planned on the white, sandy beach of Naples, FL.


Wren-Kirvin
Engagement: Wren and Kirvin

Kathleen Elizabeth Wren and Christopher William Kirvin have announced their engagement. Kathleen is the daughter of Jane Wren of Clifton Park and Daniel Wren of Allentown, PA. Christopher is the son of Bonnie and William Kirvin of Clifton Park and the grandson of Irene Altieri of Schenectady.
The future bride is a graduate the University of Alabama, where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is vice president of Shorey Public Relations.
Her fiance is a graduate of Shenendehowa High School, Hobart College, with a bachelor’s degree in political science and Union College, where he received a master’s degree in arts and teaching. He received his school district administrator’s certificate from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He is a ninth and tenth-grade teacher of Global Studies and JV boys basketball coach at Galway Central Schools.
An April 2010 wedding is planned.


Timothy C. Jeffers Katherine R. Bullock
Wedding: Bullock and Jeffers

Katherine R. Bullock and Timothy C. Jeffers were married January 31, 2010. The wedding and reception were held at Stadium Golf Club. Mr. Robert Martin officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Diane Bullock of Amsterdam. The groom is the son of Thomas Jeffers of Schenectady and the late Arlene Blesser of Scotia.
Matron of honor was Linda Arocho. Bridesmaids were Unah Cryan, Sarah Czelusniak and Melissa Jones. Flowergirl was Mikaela Jeffers.
Best man was Louis Arocho. Ushers were Jason Cryan, David Trombetta and Camren Jeffers.
The bride is a graduate of Amsterdam High School. The groom is a graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School. They are the owners of Jeffers & Associates Appraisals, Glenville.
The couple took a wedding trip to Hawaii. They reside in Glenville.


Patrick Clute Tiffany Jendzeizyk
Wedding: Jendzeizyk and Clute

Tiffany Marie Jendzeizyk and Patrick Daniel Clute were married August 1, 2009 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Schenectady. Rev. Robert J. Hohenstein and Father Jun Segura officiated. A reception followed at Mallozzi’s, Rotterdam.
Tiffany is the daughter of Paul and Regina Jendzeizyk of Rotterdam. Patrick is the son of William and Jacqueline Clute of Schenectady. Grandparents of the bride are Aloysius and Giovanna Gesek of Rotterdam, NY. Grandparents of the groom are Kathleen Gilroy of Colonie, NY and the late John Gilroy.
Maid of honor was Antoi-nette Renna. Bridesmaids were Maggie MulCahy, JoAnn Guiffre, Alga Figueroa, Ruth Vazquez, Jennie Gesek and Maria Gesek. Flowergirl was Kalah Clute.
Best man was Stephan Bartz. Ushers were Jason Jendzeizyk (brother of the bride), Deni Zaza, Nick Colleton, Shaun Clute (brother of the groom), Matthew Mrozinski and Nicholas Gaylan. Ringbearer was Shane Sprague.
The bride is a cum laude graduate of Russell Sage College and Sage Graduate School. She is a Universal Pre-K teacher at Schenectady Head Start.
Her husband is a graduate of Schenectady High School. He is a communications assistant at Time Warner Cable, Schenectady.
The couple took a wedding trip cruise and honeymooned in Bermuda. They reside in Schenectady.
