Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Butler of Ballston Spa announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Delaney Butler to David Scott Emigh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Emigh of Ballston Spa. Jessica is the granddaughter of the late Wilbur and Marlene Trieble, the late Henry V. Delaney Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. John “Ted” Butler. David is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jarvis Emigh, Harold and the late Claudia Kerns. Also Mr. Jimmy Nicholls.
The future bride is a graduate of Ballston Spa High School (2004) and Adirondack Community College, with an associate degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Saratoga County Public Health.
Her fiance is a graduate of Ballston Spa High School (2002) and Nascar Technical School, Mooresville, NC (2008). He is employed by Ryan’s Garage in Middle Grove, NY and is a stock car driver at Albany Saratoga Speedway.
An October 13, 2012 wedding is planned.
Julie A. Nash and Robert Lawry were married July 31, 2010. The wedding and reception were held at Open Door Baptist, New Woodstock, NY. Pastor Chuck Holdridge officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Daniel and JoAnn Nash of Chittenango, NY. The groom is the son of Douglas and Nancy Bodenstab of Glenville and the late Paul Lawry.
Maid of honor was Indiana Nash. Bridesmaids were Carolyn Lawry and Amy Vair. Flowergirls were Katie and Alaina Grey.
Best man was Troy Herrington. Ushers were Jim McGurl and Nick Auwarter.
Mrs. Lawry is a graduate of Chittenango High School and SUNY Oswego, where she received her bachelor’s degree. Her husband is a graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School and SUNY Oswego, where he received his master’s degree. They are both teachers at Baldwinsville Christian Academy.
They took a wedding trip to Friendship, ME and reside in Martville, NY.
Jennifer Anne Schwant and Daniel James Klempa were married August 22, 2009 at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, Rotterdam Jct., NY. Father Michael Cambi officiated. A reception followed at the Albany Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Robin and Barbara Schwant of Pattersonville. The groom is the son of Carole Risler of Bolton, MA and the late John Klempa.
Maid of honor was Andria Michel. Bridesmaids were Suzanne Piccirillo, Krystle Morales, Alison Yama and Kylah Hitchcock. Flowergirl was Gabriella Fisher.

Amanda J. Boisvert and Dustin A. DeLuke were married on July 3rd at St. Mary’s Church in Ballston Spa., NY. The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Deborah Boisvert of Manchester, NH. The groom is the son of Lloyd and Carolyn DeLuke of Charlton, NY.
After a reception at Longfellows, Saratoga Springs, the couple spent time in Newport, RI. They plan a trip to Zermatt, Switzerland for their honeymoon. They reside in Saratoga Springs.
The bride is a graduate of Plymouth State University, New Hampshire. She is employed as marketing director at Option Soft, in Malta. She also teaches at “Saratoga Piano Academy” in Clifton Park.
The groom is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and Plymouth State University. He is producer, recording engineer and studio manager for “The Studio at VFA.” He is also founder of “Saratoga Piano Academy” in Clifton Park, where he also teaches.
Anthony and Ann (Bunk) Riccio of Glenville recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at a family dinner.
The couple were married July 16, 1950 by Rev. Michael Bianco at St. Anthony’s Church, Schenectady.
Ann is a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School and was employed as a secretary for G.E., retiring in 1986. She enjoys bowling, ceramics and needlework.
Her husband graduated from Schenectady Vocational School and attended Russell Sage College. He was a manager P & E Acctg at G. E. Turbine Division, retiring in 1986. He enjoys trout fishing in Canada, photography, gardening, church activities and volunteer work.
Their children are Patricia (Don) DeCesare of St. Augustine, FL and Michael Riccio of Schenectady. Their grandchildren are Meribeth (Kyle) Gilbert of Birmingham, AL, John DeCesare of St. Augustine, FL and Andrea Riccio of Washington DC.
Their great-grandchildren are Ansley Nicole, Margaret Elizabeth and Vivian Mae Gilbert, twins born June 16, 2010.
Don and Pat (Muscato) Como recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a mass at the Immaculate Conception Church. They were married July 30, 1960 at the Church of Our Lady of Assumption in Rotterdam, NY.
They celebrated with a dinner, given by family and friends. Their children are Bruce Como of Clifton Park, Lynn Como of Atlanta, GA and Kim (Steven) Bond of Charlotte, NC and grandchildren Vicky and Cailey Bond.
Both Don and Pat enjoy being retired and keeping up with various interests.
