Nicastro-LeMorta
Engagement: Nicastro and LeMorta

Michael and Joanna Nicastro of Colonie announce the engagement of their daughter Christina Nicastro to Mark LeMorta, son of Salvatore and Michelle LeMorta of Niskayuna.
The future bride is a graduate of South Colonie High School. She received her bachelor’s degree from The College of Saint Rose and her master’s degree from the University at Albany. She is a sixth-grade teacher at Oneida Middle School.
Her fiance is a graduate of South Colonie High School and received his bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Rose. He is an insurance sales representative for Liberty Mutual. A September 2009 wedding is planned.

Elizabeth and Peter Nicols of Middle Grove, NY, announce the engagement of their daughter Hilary Lynn Nicols, to Matthew James Clemens, son of Cynthia and Robert Clemens of Fish House, NY.
Hilary is a 2004 graduate of Galway High School and received her bachelor’s degree in education and psychology from Russell Sage College. She will receive her master’s degree in special education and literacy from Sage Graduate School in December 2009.
Matt is a 2003 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School and received his bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Union College. He is an officer with New York State Environmental Conservation Police in New York City.
An August 2010 wedding is planned.

Valerie Shank and Anthony Robibero have announced their engagement. Valerie is the daughter of Anna and Tom Shank of Scotia. Anthony is the son of Nadine and Ed Drago of Latham.
The future bride is a graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School and received her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from R.P.I. She is employed by KAPL.
Her fiance is a graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School and received his bachelor’s degree and his MBA from the University at Albany. He is employed by Hewitt Consulting.
An August 2009 wedding is planned.

Edward and Nancy Skowronek of Schenectady announce the engagement of their daughter Jennifer Skowronek, to Nicholas Bowman, son of David and Mary Bowman of Imperial, MO.
The future bride is a graduate of Mohonasen High School, received her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and her master’s degree from Michigan State University. She is a reporter for Courthouse News Service.
Her fiance is a graduate of Windsor High School, and received his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He received his PhD from Michigan State University. He is assistant professor of media studies at Young Harris College in Young Harris, GA.
A June 2009 wedding is planned in Las Vegas with a reception to be held in early July at River Stone Manor, Glenville.

The future bride is a graduate of South Colonie High School and Hudson Valley Community College. She is a registered nurse at Ellis Hospital, Schenectady.
Her fiance is a graduate of Troy High School and Siena College. He is a senior internal auditor for the NYS Office of the State Comptroller. A September 2009 wedding is planned.
