Caraynoff-White
Engagement: Caraynoff and White

Carrie Caraynoff and Dustin White have announced their engagement. Carrie is the daughter of Debra Platt of Delanson and Robert Caraynoff of Alsip, IL. Dustin is the son of Lori White of Schenectady and Daniel White of Rotterdam.
The future bride is a graduate of Russell Sage College, where she received her bachelor’s degree. She is a first-grade teacher at Yates Magnet School in Schenectady.
Her fiance is a graduate of Iona College. He is a site supervisor for CW Custom Builders in Rotterdam.
A May 2009 wedding is planned.

Wedding: Sheridan and Sacawa

The Mansion House Porch in Baltimore’s Druid Hill Park provided the setting for the February 9th wedding of Molly M. Sheridan and Brian T. Sacawa. Parents of the bride are Thomas P. and Susan Sheridan of Boardman, Ohio. Parents of the groom are Theodore and Barbara Sacawa of Schenectady, NY.
The Rev. Kathy D. Campbell officiated at the 5:00 p.m. ceremony with the reception immediately following.
The bride wore a strapless gown of ivory tafetta embroidered with seed pearls and a full skirt gathered at the left hip with floral embellishment. She carried a bouquet of dark purple tulips, green mini cymbidium blooms with purple throat, green trachelium, and fern curls.
Honor attendants were Rebecca Winzenried and Wayne Tice, both of New York. Composer Corey Dargel opened the reception with a vocal performance of “All Other Sounds,” a piece commissioned by the bride as a gift to the groom.
Ms. Sheridan, who will retain her maiden name, is a graduate of Ohio University. She is the managing editor of NewMusicBox.org and the producer of CounterstreamRadio.org, programs of the American Music Center. She is also the host of Carnegie Hall’s Sound Insights podcasts.
Mr. Sacawa is a graduate of the University of Michigan, the Peabody Conservatory of Music, and the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He is a Grammy Award winning concert saxophonist and internationally featured soloist, recitalist and chamber musician. He is also co-founder of the duo Hybrid Groove Project and currently serves as a saxophonist with The United States Army Field Band from Washington D.C.
The couple reside in Baltimore, MD. They will honeymoon in Iceland in June.


Brian Coudray Sole Victoria Ann Owens
Wedding: Owens and Sole

Victoria Ann Owens and Brian Coudray Sole were married March 8, 2008 in Phoenix, AZ. The bride is the daughter of Victor Owens of Richmond, TX and MaryAnn Green of Houston, TX. The groom is the son of John and Joanne Sole of Saratoga Springs.
Attendants were all college classmates of the bride and groom. Flowergirls were Erin and Natalie Sole, nieces of the groom.
Victoria (Tori) graduated from Columbine High School and Charleston Southern University with a BA in business. She is carrier sales manager for C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., in Phoenix.
Her husband is a graduate of Scotia-Glenville High School and Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He will be attending Touro University College of Pharmacy in the fall of 2008. He is a pharmacy intern at Walgreens in Phoenix.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to Hawaii. They will be relocating to Vallejo, CA.
