Aejaie Sellers and Anthony Franciscus have announced their engagement. Aejaie is the daughter of Arthur J. and Thomisa Sellers Jr. of Lake Luzerne. She is the granddaughter of Arthur Sellers Sr. and Patricia Jones Sellers. She is also the granddaughter of the late Marion Darling Sellers of Ballston Spa. Anthony (Tony) is the son of Selsa Franciscus of Gilmore, CA and the late Ralph Franciscus.
The bride is a graduate of Post University, Waterbury, CT. She is director of the Billy DeFrank Center in San Jose, CA. She was previously owner/CEO and executive director of Transitional Services for Youths and Families in Burlington, VT.
Her fiance is a 1986 graduate of DeAnza College. He is general manager of Fast Uncar, Inc., San Jose, CA.
A September 2008 wedding is planned. A family wedding reception will be held locally when the couple return from their honeymoon.

Nadine Fong of Wynantskill and Jason Fong of LasVegas, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jenny Fong, to Christopher Ordon, son of Gary and MaryAnn Ordon of Saratoga.
The future bride, a graduate of Troy High School and Siena College, is an agency sales manager for AIG Agency Auto.
Her fiance, a graduate of Saratoga High School and SUNY Plattsburgh, is a major accounts district manager for A.D.P.
A September 6, 2008 wedding is planned.

William and Susan Matuszak of Altamont announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah A. Matuszak to Michael J. Severino, son of Charles Severino of Colonie and Linda Garhartt of Albany.
The future bride graduated from Colonie High School, attended Green Mountain College and graduated from Orlo School of Cosmetology. She is a hairstylist at Studio Orlo in Niskayuna.
Her fiance attended Schen-ectady High School and Schenectady County Community College. He is assistant service manager at Keeler, Mercedes Benz Division.
A February 2009 wedding is planned.

Danielle M. Condon and Louis F. Venditti were married September 1, 2007 at Saint Peter’s Catholic Church in Lexington, Kentucky. Father Schouten officiated. A reception followed at the Lafayette Club in Lexington, KY.
The bride is the daughter of Daniel and Janyce Condon of Lexington, KY. The groom is the son of Cynthia Zak and her husband, Douglas Zak of Ballston Lake, NY and Louis L. Venditti and his wife, Jane Venditti of Porter Corners, NY.
Maid of honor was Jacqueline Condon. Bridesmaids were Celena Condon and Nikki (Venditti) Snyder.
Best man was Jay Cirincione. Ushers were James Polzin and Josh Kotchendoff.
Mrs. Venditti is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona. She is a chef in Cave Creek, AZ.
Her husband is a graduate of Paul Smith’s College in Paul Smith’s, NY. He is the assistant pastry chef at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Scottsdale, AZ.
The couple took a honeymoon trip to New York City. They reside in Arizona.

George and Alice Fry recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a quiet dinner with their son, George Jr., his wife, Colleen and daughters, Caitlyn and Megan at the French Room in the Adolphus Hotel, Dallas, TX. An additional celebration took place at the Raindancer Restaurant, Amsterdam, with their daughter Nancy (Fry) Reilly, her husband, Joseph and children, Joey and Julie.
The former Alice Kuchay graduated from Draper High School in 1955. She is retired from Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. She is a volunteer at St. Clare’s Hospital and enjoys reading, needlework and crafts.
Her husband is a 1955 graduate of Draper High School. He retired from Niskayuna Central Schools in 1998. He enjoys reading, photography and crafts.
The couple resides in Guilderland, NY and vacation every year to York Beach, ME.

Jim and Carol Stanley of Schenectady, NY recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner at Canali’s Restaurant with family and friends. An August barbecue is also planned to celebrate the occasion.
The party was given by their children, Susan Weir (Bob) of Colonie, Larry Stanley (Greg) of Schoharie and Scott Stanley of Colonie.
The couple were married January 18, 1958 at St. Clare’s Church, Colonie. Carol is retired from CVS Pharmacy. She enjoys crocheting, reading and camping.
Her husband is retired from Lockheed Martin. He enjoys camping.
They have two granddaughters, Stacey and Lindsay Weir of Rotterdam.
