Stacie Erin DeForest and Timothy Raymond O’Connell were married July 20, 2007 at St. Ann’s Church, Amsterdam. Rev. Christopher Smith officiated. A reception followed at Saratoga National Golf Club.
The bride is the daughter of David and Marie DeForest of Amsterdam. The groom is the son of Christine Biss O’Connell of Burnt Hills.
Matron of honor was Stephanie DeForest-Myers. Bridesmaids were Gabriella Sasso, Mary O’Connell, Marcy Agresta and Kelly Forte. Flowergirl was Catherine Myers.
Best man was Robert Jantzen. Groomsmen were John Senn, William Starr, Matthew Doherty and Michael Thabet. Ushers were Matthew Biss, Jonathan Biss, Andrew Lancaster, Charles Myers and Jeffrey Francisco.
Readers were Athan Biss and Nancy Pallone.
Stacie received her bachelor’s degree from Hartwick College and her master’s degree from the University of Albany. She is an English teacher at Amsterdam High School.
Her husband received his bachelor’s degree from SUNY at Geneseo and his master’s degree from the University at Albany. He is a school counselor at Scotia-Glenville Middle School.
