DAILYGAZETTE.COM "COOL CARS FOR SUMMER" CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

The Daily Gazette "Cool Cars For Summer" Contest begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("EDT") on Sunday May 18, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT on Sunday, August 31, 2008. The promotion consists of four contests, one for each month June thru August and a Grand Prize winner that will be chosen from the three monthly winners, and announced in October.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, agents, officers and directors of The Daily Gazette Co. Inc. ("Sponsor"), Saratoga Auto Museum (collectively, together with Sponsors, the "Promotion Entities"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, divisions, advertising, Promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, divisions, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Judges (Dailygazette.com readers and voters), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico , all other territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.Winners of prior months contests are no longer eligble except for the final grand prize.

TO ENTER THE CONTEST PORTION: There are three (3) parts to the the contest:

PART 1 - June Cool Car
• Automobile Entry for Contest 1 (June Cool Car): The Contest Entry Period for the June contest from Midnight, May 18, 2008 to Midnight, June 23rd, 2008 ;
• Automobile Voting for Contest 1 (June Cool Car): The Contest Voting Period for the June contest will end Midnight July 1st, 2008 ;
PART 2 - July Cool Car
• Automobile Entry for Contest 2 (July Cool Car): The Contest Entry Period for the July contest from Midnight, July 1, 2008 to Midnight July 23rd;
• Automobile Voting Contest 2 (July Cool Car): The Contest Voting Period for the July contest will end Midnight July 31st, 2008 ;
PART 3 - August Cool Car
• Automobile Entry for Contest 3 (August Cool Car): The Contest Entry Period for the August contest from Midnight, August 1, 2008 to Midnight, August 23rd, 2008 ;
• Automobile Voting Contest 3 (August Cool Car): The Contest Voting Period for the August contest will end Midnight August 31st, 2008 ;
Grand Prize - Cool Car of Summer
• Grand prize voting will be from Midnight, September 1st until Midnight, September 30th consisting of the three monthly winners. Winner will be announced in October
