Jack River was born on July 30, 2009 at Bellevue Woman’s Care Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 20 1⁄2 inches in length.
The infant is brother to Jillian, 5, Rachel, 12, and Jacquelyn, 15.
Grandparents are Beatrice Andrew of Middleburgh and the late Dr. B. Wesley Andrew, and Linda Barnett of Rotterdam.
