Thomas Scott was born on January 26, 2009 at Bellevue Woman’s Care Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.
The infant is brother to Charlotte Anne Soulé, 5 and James Stuart Soulé, 2.
Grandparents are Judge and Mrs. James N. White of Amsterdam and Mr. and Mrs. Stuart E. Soulé of North Bellmore, NY.
