Kelsey Michaela was born on December 11, 2009 at Bellevue Woman’s Care Center.

She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 18 inches in length.

The infant is sister to Kristin Clara, 4.

Grandparents are Donald and Marjorie Cotugno of Schenectady, and Paul and Joan Surin of Stafford, VA.
