John and Susan Hoefer of Red Oak Drive, Scotia, proudly announce the birth of their first child, a daughter.

Jenavieve Arlene was born on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 11:33 p.m. at Bellevue Woman’s Care Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and measured 20½ inches in length.

Grandparents are Michael and Linda Podolec of West Glenville, NY, Susan Kurz of Avon Lake, OH, and John R. Hoefer of Beaverton, OR.
