Stephen and Sheryl Collins of Schenectady, proudly announce the birth of their daughter.

Elizabeth Ann was born on February 28, 2008 at Bellevue Woman’s Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.

The infant is sister to David, 5.

Grandparents are Yvonne Wilson of Schenectady, Donald Wilson of Johnstown, and the late Arthur and Ines Collins.
