Our main lobby, at our Schenectady headquarters, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

I subscribe to the print edition. Does that provide access to the online edition as well?

Yes, a mobile edition of our site is available at m.dailygazette.com, and our standard site or E-edition works great on any tablet. There are also mobile apps available for download for Android, Apple iPhone/iPod Touch, Apple iPad, and Blackberry Devices.
What is the e-edition?
Our e-edition is a digital reproduction of the printed version of our printed paper. The edition edition is available on our website and features digital replicas of the past seven days' newspapers.

Send your letters by mail to the Opinion Department, The Daily Gazette, 2345 Maxon Road Ext., Schenectady; or by email to email@example.com. Please include your name and phone number. We do not publish anonymous letters.

Who do I call if I have a complaint about a news article?
To report an error in a news article, call City Editor Bill Finelli at (518) 395-3102. To report an error in a lifestyles, arts or Sunday article, call Maggie Hartley, the editor for those departments, at 518 395-3131. Errors in sports articles should be brought to the attention of Sports Editor Tom Boggie at 518 395-3153.

Microfilm of The Daily Gazette can be found at the main branch of the Schenectady Public Library. While The Gazette's own archives are limited and not open to the public, content from August of 1997 forward is available online through our archive partner, Newsbank.

How do I submit an obituary?
Obituaries can be submitted by fax (518) 395-3050 or email to email@example.com or in person. Lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, the lobby is closed. Telephone orders for obituaries will not be accepted. Copy for next days publication is 5:30 p.m. WITH PHOTO, the deadline is at 4 p.m. Verification of death is required from a funeral home before publication.
